Louis Vuitton and Burberry Offer Shoppers A Luxury Experience

If you’re looking for a truly luxurious shopping spree, head to Louis Vuitton and Burberry. In a recent study The Luxury Institute found these fashion houses offered their customers the best in-store shopping experiences.

The institute quizzed more than 200 Manhattan shoppers who frequent the New York borough’s most prestigious stores. They were asked about their shopping experiences, taking into account the merchandise offered, customer service received, and store atmosphere.

Louis Vuitton and Burberry topped all three categories. Their customers said they felt valued by the brands, who offered polite and helpful sales staff and a positive atmosphere in store.

It’s great news for these designer labels, but not so good for Gucci who took the title last year. Is the Italian brand slipping?
