British comedian Stephen Fry is so proud of his new handbag, he’s been telling the world about it on Twitter! Stephen recently splurged on a Paul Smith Coin Union Jack laptop bag.
Stephen denies claims that the accessory is a manbag, writing “It’s not really a manbag, just a largeish bag. Paul S also. Not effeminate. But even if it was, I’m man enough to carry it off.“
Stephen recently posted a photo of his pride and joy which caused a flurry of activity in the Twitter-verse. For every fan of the flamboyant bag there were comments to criticize it. One said it “looks like a big jamjar with a strap at the top” while others wondered how Stephen gets through airport security with it!
Personally I love its original style, and the way the coins line up to form a Union Jack flag. I’m not sure I have the right personality to pull off such a bold fashion statement, but this colorful comedian definitely does!
