Gucci has released an exclusive limited edition range of purses, including a one-of-a-kind piece, to celebrate the recent makeover of its Seoul flagship store.
The Gucci Bamboo Crocodile Satchel is the jewel of the South Korean creations. It’s crafted entirely from tan crocodile skin offset with a dark brown bamboo handles and accented. As there’s just one of these purses in existence it costs a small fortune, the equivalent of around $23, 000 US.
If that’s beyond your bank balance the South Korean store may still have something for you in its special Flora line. This limited edition range, available exclusively at the Seoul store, features handbags, shoes, scarves, bow ties, and other accessories emblazoned with the image of the Mukunghwa flower. This bloom is unfamiliar to Western audiences, but it’s actually the national flower of South Korea.
As there are so many diverse items in the Flora collection it’s unsurprising to see prices vary wildly. The cheapest piece in the collection costs around $205 US, while the most expensive will set you back $1770.
Once you fork out for a flight to South Korea you won’t have a lot to spend on these goodies, so it’s great to hear the Seoul store accepts international orders. Just call 82.1577.1921 to secure your favorite flowery pieces.
