While other brands are closing their doors in the face of the global recession, Burberry is spreading its wings. The British fashion label is opening a new luxury store in Singapore’s Ion Orchard district.
The massive 815 square-meter space is large enough to house all your favorite Burberry collections, including men’s and women’s ready-to-wear outfits, Burberry Prorsum, Burberry London, Kid-wear, and Burberry Sport. Add handbags, shoes, fragrances, sunglasses, and other accessories to the mix and you’ve got a whole lot of Burberry goodness! I hear there are also some very special limited edition items to commemorate the store’s opening, including exotic shoulder bags and card cases.
Befitting any Asian retail store, the Burberry boutique will contain all the latest technology. It will feature a high-tech sound system, Wi-Fi across the store, and VIP rooms complete with iPod stations. It all promises a first-class shopping experience that’s about much more than simply fashion.
