When I saw Isabel Toledo's first collection for Payless Shoe Source, I felt a little flat. The shoes were fierce, but the handbags seemed like more of an afterthought. Thankfully the new bags released for Payless' Holiday Collection sound a little more promising.

The range features two new Isabel Toledo bags: a daytime tote and an evening clutch. The tote, known as the Matador, has a bold black and red color scheme. The Moon clutch is made from black satin and will no doubt have a distinctive half-moon shape.

The bags were designed to complement Isabel Toledo's new Holiday shoe collection, which features flats adorned with pom poms and metallic d'orsey pumps.

There should be room in everyone's holiday budget for these accessories, which will be priced under $35. Look for them on Payless shelves by the end of the month. Will you check them out?
