Target's designer collaborations have resulted in some of the sexiest budget-friendly accessories I've seen. Devi Kroell's collection continued the tradition with this chic pochette.

The polyurethane fabric has a rich snakeskin-like texture. It gives the pochette a sophisticated finish which looks much more expensive than the $19.99 retail value.
