Showing finger puppets are more than child’s play, Finger Puppets has released some cute limited edition collections just in time for Christmas. The woolen puppets, inspired by the illustrations of Jessica Pemberton, depict some of the world’s most revered names in fashion.
The tiny dolls come packaged in special boxes dedicated to the world’s fashion capitals. The Paris box features Chanel’s Karl Lagerfeld, John Galliano, Sonia Rykiel, Jean Paul Gaultier, and Alber Elbaz. In nearby London you’ll find Giles Deacon, Vivienne Westwood, Paul Smith, Luella Bartley, and Christopher Kane. Still in Europe, the Milan box features miniature versions of Donatella Versace, Giorgio Armani, Miuccia Prada, Anna Piaggi, and Viktor & Rolf. The only North American collection focuses, of course, on New York. These finger puppets depict Donna Karan, Andre Leon Talley, Zac Posen, Hamish Bowles, and Ralph Lauren.
Most of us won’t have the chance to hit up Paris’ Le Bon Marché shopping centre, but we can order these limited edition finger puppets online.
