The Ty Lucas bags are a far cry from those dowdy accessories mothers used to tote. They’re inspired by the latest designer styles, but they’re much more practical than those high end purses tend to be. A plethora of pockets inside and out, including elasticized pouches for bottles, make organization easy. The long straps can hang over shoulders or strollers, while the oversized changing pads come in handy for emergencies!
We’ve seen plenty of diaper bags that combine the features modern moms need with the designs they crave. But the advanced antimicrobial technology we see in the Ty Lucas bags is something different. The fledgling label has introduced just two styles for its debut: the Bella Mamma Messenger ($325) and the Amore Tote ($345). I think the prices are a little high for bags made of nylon and only trimmed in leather but considering the limited baby bag market, many moms may be tempted to splurge.
