British actress Liz Hurley is the latest celebrity to try her hand at designing purses. Liz is responsible for this Limited Edition Elizabeth bag, an elegant clutch released through Aspinal of London.
To call this purse a celebrity designed handbag may be a bit of a stretch as it’s not too dissimilar to the brand’s iconic Manhattan clutch. But it does come numbered and signed by Liz Hurley, so there’s certainly some appeal for her fans.
It’s also quite practical, with a bonus make-up mirror hidden inside and a luxurious looking gold chain clutch. It comes in a choice of three colors: gold mirror patent, gold snakeskin printed calf leather, and this classic black patent.
Aspinal will donate $150 from the sale of each $445 purse to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, which should help to sweeten the deal. It makes me wonder why the purse isn’t available in the traditional breast cancer awareness pink!
