Busty British model Kelly Brook has created a fashion line for UK retail chain New Look. The beauty’s line, which features apparel and accessories, was designed with other curvy women in mind.
“There is so much focus on size zero models that I wanted to design a collection for real women with real budgets and a sense of style,” the 32-year-old stunner told MailOnline.
After years in the modelling game, it’s clear that Brook’s learned a thing or two about fashion. By taking inspiration from the fifties she’s created clothes that flatter curvy physiques rather than hiding them.
The halter-neck tops give enhance curves, while the cinched waists create enviable hourglass silhouettes. I love the pretty dresses, high-waisted hotpants, and bold color palette. In a world obsessed with slender figures, it’s refreshing to see a fashion-forward collection catering for a different body type.
If you’re petite you don’t have to miss out on the New Look line. The collection also features handbags and footwear. Florals and polka dots decorate the oversized clutch purses, structured shoulder bags, platform peep-toes, and strappy wedges.
The New Look collection builds on Brook’s designing empire. She launched her first lingerie line in 2006, but this is her first comprehensive womenswear collection. While her design career is taking off, Brook hasn’t left the modelling game behind. In fact, she’s stepped in front of the cameras to star in her own advertising campaign!
