New label Honey Handbags is the latest brand to release 100% sustainable purses. A love of the environment and design led Thailand’s Honey Wong to create the eco-friendly label.
Each Honey Handbag is lovingly handcrafted from a blend of locally sourced tropical hemp and organic cotton. The fabrics are grown in an environment free of toxic pesticides and chemicals. They are then colored with vegetables dyes to minimize environmental impact. The bags are then shipped with ethical postage to their new homes.
Soft organic cotton balances the rustic texture of hemp to create looks that are classic and very versatile. Some may be disappointed that the current crop of Honey Handbags don’t take any fashion risks, but they are ideal for girls looking for a bag to suit any occasion.
