I am really fascinated by the See by Chloe line. It manages to be chic, hip, and affordable. Well, most of the time, anyways. This Joy Rider tote is affordable, but not worth its price.
The pale grey color of the nylon on the Joy Rider is super versatile. It’s also really durable. But the best part about it is that it’s a lightweight fabric that folds up into almost nothing, which makes it perfect for travel. The heaviest part of the bag is the logo.
The shape of the bag is nice, too. It’s not exactly revolutionary, but it’s just a tote, so it doesn’t have to be. So, what’s the problem? The problem is that this little tote costs $95. Not a bad price for a handbag, but not great for what is basically the nylon version of a grocery bag.
My mom gave me a bag just like this one that she got free at a bank. It’s literally exactly the same except for the label. I guess if you’re willing to pay almost a hundred dollars for a label, this bag is worthwhile, but otherwise just keep on looking.
