Formal evening bags have a tendency to be a little dull. However, this particular purse has a certain art deco vibe that makes a simple rectangular shape into something a lot more luxurious and gorgeous. I think it is the solid deep black satin square that really completes this effect, in gorgeous contrast to the pale sparkling diamante crystals.
Of course, beautiful it may be, but practical it ain’t. A long narrow purse is always going to give you issues for carrying belongings, and you will certainly have to keep it to a minimum in this one. Perhaps even more so; the solid case gives little room for expansion.
