Bodhi is embracing the digital age with its new Tech Collection of accessories. The cute range looks to hold our favorite gadgets, including iPads and iPods, cell phones, cameras, computers, and Kindles.
“When designing luxury products today, you cannot ignore tech,” explained Bodhi’s creative design director Joseph Janus. “Handbags now have more functions. Bags need to hold more than they used to.“
And when it comes to Bodhi, they also need to look good too. The brand is known for its quirky designs, and the purses in the Tech Collection are no exception, as Janus explains.
“Many aspects of bags currently available are merely technical and lose the aspect of design. Our Tech Collection tends to have a stylish twist in each highly functional bag and case. We aim to usher in a new wave of luxury and practicality by combining high sophistication, cutting-edge design, and a hand-made quality in our bags.“
The bags are available in leather and coated linens patterned with various colors and prints. They’re also cleverly designed to offer more than meets the eye. The iPad jackets even transform into small reading stands! They’re also lined with felted faux fur to make sure you never suffer any nasty scratched screens. Many of the Tech Collection bags are also Transportation Security Administration approved, so you needn’t worry about taking them with you on your travels.
