The giveaway is titled "Once Upon a Clutch" and offers Facebook users the chance to discuss their desired Lauren Merkin bag.

To enter, simply go to the label's Facebook contest page and upload a photo of yourself in your best New Year's Eve or holiday outfit and write which of the designer's clutches you think would complete the ensemble. You have until January 16 at 11:59 pm (EST) to get your entry in. After that, the voting period will begin, and three lucky winners will be named at the end of the month.
