Vegan Chic has added animal friendly handbags to its vegan shopping store, just in time for Christmas.
The designs aren't too out of the ordinary, but they're certainly stylish enough. They also come in a range of colors and prints to make accessorizing easy. The Summer Satchel and Vegan Feedbag are cute and casual, while the crescent satchels and this cute pleather handbag look ready for the workplace. I only wish Vegan Chic had added a few red carpet options to their site. What are ethical fashion lovers supposed to do after five?
The vegan handbags start from $14.99, but the most expensive purse is still relatively cheap at $69.99. Vegan Chic also offers free shipping on domestic orders over $75, and being a generous site its donate a portion of proceeds to various animal charities.

In May 2009, I bought two items from Vegan Chic. One item was of poor quality, so I returned it by certified mail to Vegan Chic according to their return policy. I received an e-mail in August stating that a check was in the mail. After several more months, I contacted Vegan Chic by phone and was told that a check would be issued. By December 2009, I had not received a refund. As a consequence, Vegan Chic kept the item and my money. Beware of doing business with this company as it is not reputable!
