It's obvious that Tory Burch is successful in her work life. The American designer's clothes and bags have been flying off the shelves since she opened shop several years ago.

However, it is a pleasant surprise to learn that this highly-demanded designer, who has earned some well-deserved respect in the fashion world, has her priorities in the right order. Tory recently sat down with Stylelist.com to discuss how she balances running a global brand and mothering six (yes, that's six) kids.

When it comes to staying sane with the demands of her three young sons and three stepdaughters, she says it's all about time management.

My children come first and then everything falls into place around them. I love working, but being a mother is my priority.
