Sara Berman Cecilia Tote I rarely mind a bag with a few frills and frippery, but with this Cecilia tote I think Sara Berman may have gone a step too far.

I can't help but think of a clown's shirt, with frilly accents and buttons dotting down, as I look at this tote. It's just got that same sort of silliness about it, and not even the zippered edge on the frill can help to temper it. If you're hoping to turn heads, this Cecilia tote is likely to do it. I just can't promise you'll want the attention it'll attract.

I thought perhaps Sara Berman would make the interior a bit tamer, but I was wrong. There are few things wilder than a leopard print lining after all. But aside from all the flash, the interior is quite a practical space with plenty of room for carrying everything you need and the pockets it takes to keep them organized.

It'll take the most neutral of outfits to really work with this Cecilia Frill Tote, but if you'll looking for something different it will definitely fit the bill!
