There are handbags that are functional, and then there are handbags that are art. This Rafe clutch definitely falls in the category of art and sculpture!

I hate to say it, but you can see why this purse costs a mighty $495. OK, so that is a lot of money, but this is truly unique. I have never seen a bag like it, and the combination of natural asymmetrical shapes and modern cubist styling makes it a real stunner. This is a good thing, as spending a hefty chunk of cash on a bag should result in something eye-catching and beautiful, something that starts a myriad of conversations!

As for the practical issues, well, there are a few. After all, the hard abalone shell exterior with all its lumps and bumps doesn't offer much flexibility. I think what it loses in room it makes up in looks though!
