This sexy purse is a little larger than many evening bags, but it's so narrow that you probably won't benefit from any extra space. If you travel light on a night out you won't worry too much, but the rest of us may have to scale back our essentials.

Many clutches feature a fairly generic shoulder strap, but that's not the case here. The bold chain looks fantastic, while the leather middle promises comfortable carrying.

There's a lot to like about the Rafe Emma convertible shoulder bag, but the price isn't so endearing. At $525, I'd hope for genuine croc instead of this embossed leather. I could part with that money for an authentic exotic or a more versatile purse, but I'd struggle to justify that price for a leather bag which will only come out after five.
