Mulberry’s Fall Campaign Debuts New Daria Handbag Collection

Mulberry has a new future favorite on their hands. After the budget-friendly Mitzy bag helped them turn around their sinking sales numbers, it seems they've decided to keep things somewhat affordable with their new Daria handbag collection.

Of course, "affordable" is quite a relative world when we're talking about designer handbags. However, the Daria line, in spongy and patent leather, is all priced under $1,000. That changes when the bag is in an exotic leather like crocodile or ostrich, but the leather version looks just fine to me.

The Daria debuted with the new fall/winter season and can be seen in their current ad campaign, which features Irina Kulikova and Kasia Struss and was photographed by Steven Meisel. Evidently it's already a hit with celebs as fashionistas like Kate Bosworth and Britney Spears have been spotted toting versions of the handbag.
