Miquelrius Jordi Labanda Cosmetic Bag | Retro Designed Poppy Makeup Purse

I love the retro designs of Spanish artist Jordi Labanda, but I'm not sure I could work one of Miquelrius' handbags bearing the colorful prints. But I think I've found the ideal solution in this Miquelrius cosmetic bag.

When I have a make-up emergency, I can whip this purse out and enjoy the cute image of the shopaholic girl and the red poppy emblazoned background matching her skirt. But once my lipstick is applied, I can stash it inside my more conservatively styled handbag and greet the day with a fresh face. It really is the best of both worlds!

Not that this purse is entirely perfect. It's a fairly simple cosmetics purse, with ample space but none of the features I love. Our makeup is left to fend for itself with no pouches or pockets to keep it organized. At least we have a zip top closure to keep it safely packed away inside!

For the price though, a bargain basement $30, I don't expect much more. This cosmetics case does an admirable job of carrying all the makeup I need, and it looks adorable while it's doing it!
