Looking for a more compact version of it? Try the small balloon tote. I have to admit that I’m quite impressed with the variety of bags that are available for one look. If you like the style but wish it were slightly tweaked, you’ll want to search all of Marni’s options before moving on.
I personally love this medium balloon tote in dark green. The texture of the crinkled leather is brought out beautifully by the evergreen shade. The pretty brown leather accents on the trim and handles are a nice complement to the winter tone. Though it’s not in a neutral, this tote would look nice with tons of other colors. Mix it with other jewel tones for a modern look.
Though the carrying handles are somewhat small, the structured shape is a nice contrast to the relaxed style of the Balloon tote. Marni must have known that these minute handles wouldn’t be enough for everyday use. An adjustable leather and canvas strap is available for a much more comfortable option. I’m not a huge fan of the leather panels on the sides of the handbag. However, like the handles, they provide extra framework for the bag’s casual shape.
The interior of this stylish purse contains a taupe-colored lining, zippered pocket, and the signature Marni logo. Look for the Balloon tote in gray, beige, red, and orange shades as well as many other colors, shapes, and textures.
