Louis Vuitton Releases Monogrammed Men’s Travel Bags for Fathers Day

Louis Vuitton has released a range of personalized men’s travel bags just in time for Fathers Day. The collection is part of the French fashion house’s “Mon Monogram” program, an initiative which takes the customization once offered to VIP customers and offers it to the average Louis Vuitton lover.

No doubt these bags will appeal to distinguished gents, as they hearken back to the days when the well-heeled would carry luggage sporting their monogram or emblem. While they might impress, they’re also a lot pricier than your average Father’s Day gift!

If you’re feeling flush though, you can pick up the Pegase 45 and 55 cabin cases for $2800 and $3270 respectively, the Speedy 40 for $1030, and the Keepall 55 for $1370. I suppose those prices are reasonable for frequent flyers, particularly considering the luggage is personalized, but if you only take the occasional vacation you might be best spending this kind of cash on a more everyday accessory.
