Lanvin Releases Anniversary Tote Bags to Celebrate 120th Year

The postage stamps were cute, but here's a Lanvin anniversary collection fashion fans can really sink their teeth into. To commemorate the French fashion house's 120th year in the business, it's released a range of anniversary tote bags.

There are three "120 Years" totes, each featuring a vibrant Alber Elbaz illustration and a different theme. Choose from the classic 120 Years tote, the romantic Love You tote, and the festive 120th Birthday tote. Each cheery design is accented by a grosgrain ribbon handle. The interior is fairly simple, but at least its fully lined and equipped with a zippered pocket.

The colorful sketches on each tote correspond to porcelain figurine dolls also released to observe the anniversary. The limited edition dolls measure around 17 inches and are available from Browns London for £325.00. The totes are a little more accessible for Lanvin devotees around the globe, but they're no less expensive. You can find all three anniversary bags at Net-A-Porter for a whopping $800. Yes they're limited editions, but that still seems like a lot of cash to spend on a fabric bag.
