Kim White Handbags Made From Eco-Friendly Vintage Car Fabrics

Retro car enthusiasts love the loud fabrics used in automobile interiors in the 1970s and 80s. Now female automotive addicts can own handbags crafted from these unique materials.

Kim White Handbags are created from never-used textiles intended for American automobiles. Each purse is tagged with the year and make of the fabric, so you’ll know which car your carryall came from.

Since the fabrics were originally intended for muscle cars like Mustangs and Cameros, they’re made to last. They’re also an environmentally-friendly option, which should please animal lovers and eco-warriors!

I set out to design something unique and different,” Kim White explained to GreenMuze. “Six years ago this vintage ‘thing’ was unique.  Now, with the eco craze, it’s more popular.”

Kim White Handbags start from $95, with an average price of $200. That makes them a little pricy for non-leather purses, but I’m sure the revheads out there won’t mind!
