Joy Fabiano Releases Eco-Friendly Summer Bags Made from Kimono Silk

Eco-friendly designer Rachel Sanches has been inspired by the Far East for her latest Joy Fabiano handbag collection.

The Asian-infused summer line features vintage Japanese kimono silks paired with soft repurposed leather and organic fabrics. The combination sees Joy Fabiano move in a new, more sophisticated direction which, says Ms Sanches, better encompasses the brand’s flirty, green style than previous lines.

As Joy Fabiano utilizes vintage fabrics, each purse in the summer line is a true original. That’s great for girls who don’t want to see someone else carrying their purse at a party!

Joy Fabiano’s environmentally-friendly ethos extends beyond the materials used. Each purse is sold with a signature plantable Joy Fabiano hang tag, which helps to eliminate waste and replenish the ecosystem. The brand also gives back by donating 10% of all sales to charitable organizations agreed upon by Joy Fabiano’s Facebook fans. A percentage of sales of the latest line will benefit Global Vision Ministries.

To celebrate the release of the new summer collection, Joy Fabiano has launched a brand new website featuring an all-new online store. The site allows you to buy the new Eastern summer line, and previous Joy Fabiano designs at clearance prices.
