There was a time in my life when I would have sold my soul (or at least my car) for a closet full of Jimmy Choos. I'm a little older now, a little wiser, and, sadly a little bit over Jimmy Choo. I don't know whether I changed or he did, but our tastes just haven't met lately. That is, until I saw this clutch.

Oh Jimmy Choo I'm so sorry that I doubted you. This Martha Pony Skin clutch really is the epitome of trend-driven uptown chic. From the luxurious, almost fur-like texture of the pony skin to the very of-the moment leopard print, I am in love.

The safari theme of the clutch is made elegant by the subtle greyscale color palette and the quality of the materials. The edgy, asymmetrical zipper, though, is what really makes this purse special. It could go from Fifth Avenue to West 4th Street faster than the transit system.

At 11" x 7" x 2", the size is just right, as far as I'm concerned. I'm tired of trying to tuck a two foot long clutch under my arm, and frankly, I don't need that much space, anyways. This is big eough for wallet, keys, cell, and even a smallish cosmetic bag. Perfect for a night on the town.

And who wouldn't want this hot little number as their date? Especially when that hot little zipper unzips to expand the size of the clutch. You know, to make room for all those phone numbers you'll be getting.
