Stop the presses. I’m in love with this bag. I wish I traveled more so that I could justify the slightly less than friendly price tag. In any case, this suede duffle is totally minimal and totally cool.
Black suede is one of those materials that either makes me think rock ‘n’ roll or boho. Somehow this bag manages to use the material in a way that is neither. It looks a little edgy, but mostly it just looks soft and touchable. There’s nothing less complicated than this streamlined duffle design. I actually don’t even really like duffles, but this one has enough structure to be appealing, and the material really makes a major difference. The side patch pockets are perfect for stowing smaller items and the large open compartment will accommodate even the heaviest packer.
I’m really not thrilled about the $1,445 price tag. It’s just a little out of reach for me personally, so I’ll be waiting for a sale.
