French leather goods label Longchamp has again teamed up with frequent collaborator Jeremy Scott for this cheeky canvas bag.
The handbag is a tribute to the New York designer himself, with the body bearing badges printed with Jeremy Scott’s name and likeness. It shows the sort of arrogance usually reserved for the Karl Lagerfelds of the world, yet somehow Jeremy Scott gets away with this tongue-in-cheek approach.
The not so modest canvas bag in Longchamp’s popular Pliage shape is paired with brown leather handles. The print has a certain narcissistic charm, but its execution isn’t really revving my engine. Perhaps I’m too busy enjoying the pale colors and vivid prints of summer, but this bag seems a little … well … dull.
