Carry your belongings around with this funky-handled purse from sporty brand Diesel.
OK, let’s start with the obvious. The name. This Diesel handbag is called, eloquently, the Strip Club bag. I get the pun, of course, but I have to say that the name strikes me as slightly odd and even a bit tasteless! Of course, I may just be being uptight, but it had to be said!
Naming mishaps aside, however, this is quite an interesting handbag. The brand has played it cool with a quiet color scheme of silver and white, two colors that when put together become instantly modern. Indeed, the combination is quite space age, and I like the idea of this futuristic design teamed with a dark outfit with silver/white accessories. Even the shape is modern, with the wrapped circular handles. They obviously aren’t as comfy as a shoulder-strap, but you are lucky enough to get that comfy option too on this metallic tote.
With a deckchair style striped interior and lightweight canvas design, it strikes me that this purse may well be perfect for summer. It has enough room for a book to read on the beach, but is still slender. For the price of $135 I would appreciate more quality materials than polyurethane, but at least it is durable.
