Well, it’s certainly no Chanel handbag. However, the Big Buddha Miranda is worth a look if you’re seeking a quilted purse with fewer numbers on the price tag.
At only $80, shoppers won’t be experiencing any sticker shock with this satchel. Of course, an affordable price like that means less than luxurious materials used. The Miranda has more than one faux feature. It is leather-like with a fake ostrich texture.
If you aren’t expecting designer quality, though, this Big Buddha bag won’t disappoint. The combination of quilted stitching with a dash of ostrich texture is really quite unique. It’s not something you see very often, yet it comes across as classic and even slightly neutral in this camel color.
The woven rope-like handles are an interesting detail as well, though I’m not sure how comfortable they would be. Thankfully, Big Buddha also endowed the Miranda with a longer shoulder strap for practicality.
