If Big Buddha was attempting to go simplistic with this Hillary Satchel, I'd say that they hit the mark. Although there are some nice qualities to the handbag's design, the overall look is understated and sort of classic.

That doesn't mean that the details on the Hillary are small and go completely unnoticed, however. Instead of finding simple ways to incorporate intricate details, Big Buddha opted for two vertical rows of oversized studs and circular handle rings.

The ruching that slightly gathers the synthetic material underneath the double handles adds just enough slouch to make the Hillary seem comfortable and casual without taking it to a completely laid-back, bohemian place. That allows for a somewhat versatile handbag. I can imagine carrying this satchel around town or out to dinner.

The bright yellow color is a tad jarring to me given the large size of the bag and the current season, but warmer weather will probably be here sooner than I realize. It's never too early to start thinking about spring accessories, especially given the abundance of them on the market right now. This manmade Hillary satchel retails for a quite palatable price of $90.
