The fun floral print and bold color combination makes me think of loud Hawaiian shirts and balmy tropical weather. Of course, that illusion won’t suit the High Street, but that’s not where you’ll find the Santa Clara. It’s much more at home holding your towels and bathers by the beach or pool, or carrying your essentials to a summer picnic. The Santa Clara doesn’t pretend to be anything it’s not, which is why you’ll find it at a relatively affordable $79.
The interior is large but unadorned. Again, this might be a concern if you wanted to use the Santa Clara as a day bag, but that’s not its place. Instead I’m just happy the enormous space can handle my beachside essentials, and then some.
The soft natural toned fabric handles are the ideal complement to the printed flower petals. They’re also going to be comfortable on your shoulders, a real bonus when you’re wearing a skimpy bikini.
