The front flap looks elegant, but I always worry about security when there’s no magnetic snap closure underneath. There’s a slip pocket inside, but I also wish it had a zip for my own peace of mind. I’m sure your cargo would stay safe, but if you’re as paranoid as me this might not be the purse for you!
With seven color choices in all, there literally is a Brooklyn to suit everyone. However the shades are a little hit and miss in my opinion. The multicolored and fuschia clutches are a little gaudy for my tastes, but I don’t think you can go wrong with the toned down turquoise or silver purses.
The Brooklyn comes with more extras then you might expect for the money. The delicate chain strap can be slung over your shoulder for hands-free carrying, and tucked inside when it’s not needed. Then when the clutch needs its beauty sleep, there’s a handy dust bag to protect it until it’s ready to party again!
