With a name like the Wembley, it’s no surprise that this plaid satchel is a thoroughly proper British lass.
This isn’t a satchel that takes a lot of risks, but that makes it an elegant choice for those who prefer a more classic fashion look. There’s a definite British air about its olive colored plaid body, especially when paired with its tan leather trim. It’s typical satchel shape doesn’t break the rules, but it makes sure this purse offers plenty of storage space.
The dimensions are incredibly generous, so I would have appreciated more than a single zippered pocket inside. I’m more enthusiastic about those exterior pockets, which provide a space for those items we remember just as we’re heading out the door.
