It’s vaguely crescent shaped, but this hobo has a lot more structure than we typically see in bags of this ilk. Every pleat is deliberately placed, and there’s only a hint of the slouch we’re used to. The choice of synthetic, which is admittedly a bit stiffer than we’d like, only adds to that structured look.
That metallic synthetic may be too glitzy for conservative fashionistas, but I love the playful candy pop of this purple-pink metallic. If you prefer something more traditional, look to the copper or black options.
This isn’t a very large bag by modern standards, so it’ll probably become part of your after five wardrobe. It’s not for the poshest of evening events, but I can imagine it doing the job for cocktail hour or a quick bite with your gal pals.
