B. Makowsky is making quite a name for himself in the handbag industry. In contrast to wife Kathy Van Zeeland’s ultra-femme and often glitzy purses, B. Makowsky’s bags tend to lean toward simple chic designs with a hint of masculine thrown in. I love the simplicity of his styles that showcase the interesting details.
The Jakarta Shopper is yet another prime example of the company’s signature style. Like most of the designer’s handbags, the leather is high quality and buttery soft. The icy blue is a great choice as it will transition well through the seasons and complements many other color palettes.
