Whiting & Davis reinvents patchwork with this striking clutch purse.

Traditional patchwork accessories feature colored swatches of material sewn together, but not this one. Instead Whiting & Davis uses its signature metal mesh to create the illusion of patchwork. The multi-colored mesh appears much more modern than a traditional patchwork purse; in fact its shiny surface is almost futuristic! While most patchwork purses only suit daytime wear, this wouldn't look out of place on any red carpet.

The interior is simple but spacious, with enough space for all your party essentials and a zippered pocket for valuables. I wish there was a chain strap tucked away somewhere in there, as such a large clutch could become difficult to handle, but this is the only obvious flaw.

It might not be the most versatile color scheme, but I'm drawn to the unexpected combination of purple and olive green on this clutch. If you'd prefer something more traditional, consider this Whiting & Davis purse in gold multi or black and silver.
