Versace Metallic Leather Shoulder Bag Versace makes a very strong style statement with this Metallic Leather Shoulder Bag. But do you like what it's saying?

I can safely say this is a bag that you'll either love or hate. It's brash, as fuchsia bags always are. The metallic treatment makes it even bolder. Once you're using glitzy pink leather there's no going back. So why not make it even gaudier by adding some embossing, a smattering of studs, and a chunky chain?

I'm not a fan of this shoulder bag's ostentatious look, but I can appreciate some of its features. Versace's packaged this bag with a chunky whipstitched handle and a longer and just as chunky chain.

I can also appreciate its petite size. Any larger and it would have been even more obnoxious, if you can imagine that.

I've run out of compliments for this bag, and frankly I've given it more than it deserves. A slavish Versace devotee may happily spend $1625 on this bag, but I can think of many better ways to drop that kind of cash.
