Santi Audrina Clutch | Multi-Colored Jeweled Handbag with Metallic Trim

The word that popped into my mind when I first ran across this Santi Audrina clutch was "psychedelic." I'm not sure that the design is intended to elicit that response, but the range of colors and dramatic style of the purse definitely directs my thoughts in a disco direction.

The bejeweled handbag is not a new look for Santi, but the Audrina does have its own unique style that sets it apart. For one, the use of color is quite interesting. This version of the clutch is labeled green, for obvious reasons, but the variations of the color and the placement of the jewels creates an eye-catching pattern.

Jewels aren't the only thing catching the light on this Santi clutch, though. The edges of the Audrina are trimmed in metallic gold leather, and an optional gold-toned chain link strap also shares the spotlight.

The price tag of $248 is not completely surprising for the brand and the quality of craftsmanship that goes into this kind of detailed purse. For that kind of money, though, I would've appreciated a magnetic snap closure underneath the front flap. No one wants the entire contents of their bag falling out if, heaven forbid, the purse is dropped or knocked over. Otherwise, though, the Audrina is an ideal party accessory that will make an average cocktail dress really pop.
