We're all enjoying the summer sunshine, but sadly school will be in session before you know it. A cute backpack like this Hip bag from Miquelrius could make the transition back to class a little easier.

Miquelrius' favorite artistic collaborator Jordi Labanda puts his unmistakable stamp on this backpack, although this design is a bit more restrained than the norm. This blonde beauty is a little tomboyish, a real change from the cosmopolitan-sipping sirens which typically grace Miquelrius accessories. That might disappoint some fans of the label, but I think it's entirely appropriate for the bag's teenage target market.

Jordi Labanda's design is complemented by the backpack's subtle khaki body and a pair of playful buttons. Colored stripes give the adjustable shoulder straps a little flair.

While its looks will impress teens, the features will clinch the deal for parents. This backpack is large enough for textbooks and stationery, but not big enough to send kids to the chiropractors. The large main compartment is complemented by two zippered pockets up front, two netted side pockets, and another pocket in the back.

At just $34.99, this is one backpack which won't hit the back-to-school budget too hard.
