Giorgio Armani has created a clutch for all occasions with this chic python purse.

Mottled snakeskin leather manages to draw the eye without overwhelming an ensemble. It's a classic fabric, but one which still manages to make a statement. The elegant appeal is accentuated by the conservative color palette. There's this beautiful brown version and a smoldering dark green.

With the python taking center stage, the clutch features traditional styling. The simple box shape and flap top closure don't compete with the snakeskin finish, and quite rightly so. The only style aspect I'm not convinced by is the strap. While most girls will favor the comfy leather finish over traditional chains, it's a shame that we can't tuck this one away. Even the addition of removable hinges would help to streamline this look for hand-held carrying.

This clutch may have the style to suit day-to-night wear, but the space is another matter entirely. As we've come to expect from so many clutches, the slender interior is neither roomy, nor practical. Forget about carrying luxuries, and consider finding an all-hours lipstick as well! Goodness knows you won't have space inside for two!
