Foley + Corinna have given a modern twist to the traditional flap purse with the Much Clutch.

While the moniker may suggest an overworked clutch with bells and whistles galore, nothing could be further from the truth. Instead the design is simple, with the oversized angular flap creating a modern silhouette. Glazed leather completes the look, adding just a hint of glamour and gloss.

Like so many clutch purses, the Much Clutch is a slender creature. That makes it easy to tuck under your arm, but not so perfect for packrats. The long design does afford a little more storage space than most, but girls used to oversized clutches may still find it a squeeze.

A chain strap is almost a standard addition these days, but this one is a bit of a letdown. The gold tone appears a little too brassy, and it cheapens the look. Personally, I’d tuck it away for a much chicer style.
