Without fail, Etienne Aigner always manages to produce my favorite classic and simple shoulder bags. The key for me is in the great design and the reasonable pricing; this hobo only costs $109.
For the price you get a lot of handbag. The real leather is soft and in that rich tan shade that will go with anything. The cute bucket design neatly combines sleek curves with angular and well-executed structure. In essence, it is a traditional handbag with some lovely design features and quality materials. It can be a struggle to get this in a $1000 designer piece, let alone a more practical budget option!
Of course, as with all bags, there are some limitations. I'm not a great fan of the colorful striped lining, for example, although I admit that the compartmentalized style will really come in handy. They are all little niggles though, and there is very little stopping me rushing out and buying it right now. After all, this won't go out of fashion, and will always look smart.
This structured hobo is a lovely design by Etienne Aigner, and gives plenty of pricier brands a run for their money.
