Calvin Klein seem to like woven design techniques on their handbags at the moment. Their latest addition, this Liquid Leather Wristlet, features elegant weave on a small clutch scale.

I particularly love the color of this wristlet. Available also in black and "chino", this patent purse works best in the bright tangerine orange shade that catches eyes and hits trends with minimal effort. Vogue-style orange shade aside, this small clutch revels in a combination of luxury patent leather interwoven with coordinating ribbon. The textures build up depth, and the combination of bondage patent and little girl ribbon at once seems both risque and innocent.

Musings about the fabrics of this Calvin Klein handbag over and done with, I must mention that whilst the outside is modern luxury through and through, the shiny silver/pearl satin interior adds a somewhat strange contrast. Not only to the two colors not work together(they don't even clash in a fashionable way!), but silver satin in combination with patent leather always risks looking tacky.

If you ignore the lining of this tiny woven wristlet, then the rest of the purse with its hardware logo and folded top is actually quite desirable. It's pricey, at $138 dollars, but probably the most desirable seville orange handbag going.
