It's hard to believe this purse comes from the same woman who covered her Margot clutch with a chaotic bundle of chains, and who created fabric gemstones for her Brandy clutch. The Keira has none of that flair. In fact, it has very little of anything at all.

It's got some appealing curves, and a practical design. It's made of fine leather, but it's all just so beige. The single color choice is appropriate for a purse that's so safe, and frankly dull. It'll work with any outfit and in any season, but I can't imagine anyone will admire it.

If you prize practicality you won't be disappointed. The Keira is a good usable size, with generous pockets inside and out. The zipper enhanced shoulder strap is also just the right length for grabbing as you walk out the door.

The Keira's not a bad bag at all, but it's so boring that I can't imagine anyone feeling passionate enough about it to fork over $450. For that price you might not find another bag that combines quality and functionality so effortlessly, but you're guaranteed to find one with a lot more pizzazz.
