Luba J Benicio I wonder whether swarthy actor Benicio del Toro inspired Luba J to create this satchel which shares his name. It definitely reminds me of the Puerto Rican honey with its large, imposing silhouette, and dark brooding good looks.

It might be a women's satchel, but there's very little that's feminine about it. Pleating down the center and along the pockets helps to soften the deep forest green textured leather, but it's still quite a masculine bag. That might disappoint girly girls, but I can imagine most guys happily carrying this purse if it gets too heavy for you!

And honestly, it might do just that. With so much space inside on out, it's so tempting to cram items into every nook and cranny. If you do fill it up you'll need to add the longer strap, as the handles are just a shade too short for over-the-shoulder carrying. I like the versatility the carrying options bring, although I have a hunch I'd rarely detach that longer shoulder strap.

At $768, the Benicio satchel is well priced for a Luba J handbag. We get a lot of bag and some serious quality for our dollar.
