These bags are so expensive, there must be a lot of demand for these products, I do feel that woman who buy these bags are saying a statement, not to men, but to other woman, the have nots. I think there is a division between what is truely stylish as to what could be called ugly. The birkin bag by Hermes is the perfect bag for style and could be considered an investment, basically in brown, black or red. The Louie Vouton patchwork bag, at 42000 dollars is an excess that will be passe in a few years time. not stylish at all.

I love hermes handbags, and I hope to own one someday, but I seriously doubt that the hermes bag I purchase will cost $120,000. First, I need to buy a house to store it in.
