B. Makowsky delivers another exotically named purse in the Copenhagen. It might not be Paris or Milan, but this fashion-forward handbag holds its own.

The traditional tone shape is spiced up with a smattering of polished gold hardware and glossy patent accents. There's a large flap pocket up front, which draws the eye and gives us a practical place to stash our car keys.

A magnetic closure is hidden away, and it's a good thing too. There's so much hardware up front that a zipper or clasp could easily upset the balance. Pop it open to reveal another hidden secret: the wild leopard print lining. The ample space comes with all the zip and slip pockets you need to stay organized.

But not all Copenhagen totes are created equally. The basic black and white styles offer a unified look, but the multicolored bags are less convincing. They pay homage to the colorblock trend, but the combination of shades never quite gels.
